Going to a taller equalizer will add height to the trailer suspension since it moves the springs up a bit higher. But since you don't want to have the leaf springs sitting unlevel you'd be best served to go to 2 inch taller suspension hangers on the front and back of the suspension to accommodate the additional height and allow the springs to sit level.

I reached out to Lippert to confirm that you can change out your 24-1/2" rear jacks that come with the 4-Point Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590 with the Short Left Rear Leg # LC342610 and Short Right Rear Leg # LC428493. They confirmed that there will not be any issues with the control board and the shorter jacks.
